Know what you can control and what you can’t control. Visualizing what could be the worse to happen and if you are going to be alive when this happen and how bad can it be. For sure, you are not going to die for it, right? Take it easy and focus on the things that you can control. Be calm in the storm. The situation is what it is and be present.

2. Understand your emotions.

Why are we feeling like that? What are the obstacles you are doing and what emotions it provokes to you? Then see the opportunities in this situation, which you can learn and how you can understand your feeling and emotions. Then, embrace your emotions.

3. Know the moment to take a pause.

Inside the storm, there are some moments you can take some pause to regain energy. Enjoy the time you have to sleep, the time you have to eat, to take care of yourself, meditate, exercises, Netflix or video console. This little pause will give you energy to continue and advance.

4. Meditate.

This is the most powerful way. Take a moment during the day (or in the morning or at night) to meditate. It could be 3 min or 5 or 10, but just give you a moment to focus on yourself.

5. Practice gratitude.

Keep a journal of gratitude and think each day 3 things to be gratitude: nature, people, work, friends, family, food, etc.

What can I be thankful for? Or What is the top 3 things that I’m grateful right now?

This will maintain you focus on the good things.
