1- Be grateful for what you have.
You have arrived at this moment of your life healthy, and you should be grateful and appreciate what you have accomplished until now.
2- Start with what you can change straight away.
Start things that you can change, and you are the owner of it: your diet (food), doing sport, sleep more, self-care, begin a new activity
3- It’s time to be honest and admit it whats wrong.
Admit your failure, what went wrong during last season and how can you overcome this situation.
4- Motivate yourself.
Change the way you speak to yourself, and start encouraging yourself. It’s take time to make that habit and have a positive mindset.
5- Get rid of toxic people.
Be with people who support and encourage you. Don’t waste time with people that see only negativity and try to break you down.
6- Be brave enough to take the first step.
We fear change, we fear the opinions of others and we fear the unknown. Take the first step, only you know and your situation is different from another person.
7- Seek advice from those who have walked the journey before you.
Take advice from a mentor, someone you can trust and will be honest with you.
8- Be clear about what you want.
Only you know what you want. Write it in paper or in a note in you cellphone to keep remembering what is your goal.
9- Be patient with yourself.
Change doesn’t happen overnight. You must have self-discipline and self-control. Start small with small goals.
10- Just because you’re broke doesn’t mean you can’t restart your life.
For a fresh beginning you just need to look at your budget and see where you can make some effort. Also remind that the important things that money can’t buy.
