This time, I’m going to direct this post to recruiters, managers, or colleagues to identify those traits that you have the “ideal” consultant in your team.

#Ambition

He has ambition. He is not someone who comes to do his tasks, but his involvement and commitment is fully to the project and the company.

#Manners

You find him SEXY for his manners. He possesses good manners, the desire to work and to do a good job. He is involved with what he produces and with the details. It is sexy on the inside and also on the outside.

#Taking care of himself

He takes care of himself. He’s not only dedicated 100% to the job. He takes care of himself on a personal level in order to perform better. In addition,he wants to continue training; he has hobbies and activities beyond work. He has a life. Moreover, those activities doesn’t have a negative impact in his work. That help him to give his best version.

#Multitask

You spend time investing in him, and you know it is not wasted time. You assign him any task as long as he can spend more time with you and can be on the team. Over time, it will acquire more value in your team and you will appreciate it more. At one point, you count on HIM for any nonsense task.

#Intellectual

You like to spend time talking to HIM. He is intellectual. You can talk about anything from work and even things outside of work. He is the colleagues with whom you would go to grab a beer.

#Trust

You trust Him. You know that whatever task you give him; he will be able to perform it. And this trust is mutual because he also trusts you to take care of him and help him when he needs you.
